Hi, my name is James Sullivan. I am a professional mortgage and real estate broker at United Loan Center, serving Murrieta and the entire Temecula Valley. I’ve lived in Murrieta with my wife and four children since we moved here from Huntington Beach in 2010. I love this family-
I swam competitively for the University of Utah (go Utes!) and attended the David Eccles School of Business, earning my degree in Business Management. After moving back to Orange County, I started selling insurance at a local brokerage, but soon realized my true passion was real estate, and I soon earned my broker’s license and started my own company.
I’ve been involved in every aspect of real estate, from owning both a real estate and mortgage company, to buying and selling my own properties, to working here at United Loan Center. The culture here is based on strong family values, working hard for our client’s best interests, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved in every transaction.
